With the message ‘Play Smart. Gamble Responsibly.’ the AGLC and its gaming industry partners present the 2011 Responsible Gambling Awareness Week (RGAW). RGAW focuses on encouraging players in all gambling venues to gamble in a responsible manner.
RGAW was launched in 2007, and since then the campaign has expanded beyond casinos and racing entertainment centres into VLT retail outlets and bingo halls.
Remember to treat gambling as a form of entertainment and not a way to make money. Set a limit on your spending before you start to play, and stop once you have reached that limit.
