Responsible
Gambling
Many people feel that purchasing lottery tickets is not a serious
form of gambling and that minors should be allowed to play. While lottery tickets can be
a fun form of entertainment, they should be restricted to adults only. Research shows that
minors are three times more likely to develop gambling problems than an adult.
