Posters and Brochures

To preserve the integrity of gaming activities in Alberta, casino, VLT and bingo licence holders are required by the terms and conditions of their licence to post specific signs (posters) and brochures at their place of business.

The posters cover a variety of topics, from responsible gambling to VLT guidelines and irregularities as well as cash advances and intoxicated patrons. The brochures provide helpful information on gambling responsibly, offering tips and myths associated with each form of gambling entertainment (casinos, VLTs and bingo), as well as an explanation of wagering and payouts. Other brochures of interest include Cost of Play, Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program and House Advantage. Self-test cards for each gambling activity are also available. These cards help gamblers identify whether or not their gambling may have become a problem. Below are PDFs of the posters, brochures and self-test cards, for downloading and printing.
